Good evening, Everyone! Hope you are enjoying this blissful Tuesday as much as I am. I just have to say, I am eager to start college this month. It goes without saying that my major will be Fashion Design. Being involved in the Fashion Industry has been my dream since Childhood. My Stepfather went to Newbury College, here in Boston for Fashion Merchandising and later managed most of all the High End stores you probably dream about shopping in. He opened my eyes to the glamorous world, and now I am not able to leave my house unless I believe I look my best! My goal is to make a name for myself in my own city because if I can make it here, in Boston, I can definitely make it anywhere else (NY). What makes me different from everyone else, is the fact that I am not like everyone else, there is no one else like me in this amazing world and this is what makes this world so interesting to live in. I am buzzing with creativity and ideas ready to be put on display.
While vacationing on one of the infamous islands of the Florida Keys, I have been planning the most perfect outfit to share with you all on this blog ♡ This post took longer to publish than I had actually expected it to because of my charming ability, which you all are probably familiar with, called procrastination. Ive been busy and lazy.. but I'm not sure which one overrides which. (getting back 2 the muy importante stuff) Key west was sultry, but was relaxing and took my mind off all the wrong things.. when taking a road trip all the way from NY to Key West, you want to be more than comfortable and free because that is one hell of a ride! So, the little fashonista in my head was screaming "BOYFRIEND JEANS!" and when I went on a little shopping spree in UO I saw what I had been envisioning, the slouchy fit and the allover patchwork detailing were an eyesore!
Hello! last night, after my graduation I decided to hit the city at night... in all white. Anyone who knows me at all, knows that the color Black captions my whole life; its always All Black Everything, and you know my favorite saying is "I'll Stop Wearing Black When They Create A Darker Colour." Lately I have been enchanted by everything white.. and I mean Everything! Summer is here and when I think of summer I start to imagine beaches and sand in between my toes, vanilla ice cream cones and cute white bathing suits with California floppy hats! White is Perfect for Summer.. what do you think?

My Ray-Ban Aviator sunglasses I have not had for very long, but since I have had them, I wear them often and have gotten many compliments. Basically what Ray-Ban did was instead of using their regular lenses of black, brown, and green they used a limited production of specialized mirror lenses which they call their Flash model. They are arguably one of the hottest brand and collection on the streets now! one of the best products Ray-Ban has put out for these iconic classic sunglasses. Hello Everyone! today I will be writing about What's in my bag. *just to put this out there, I promise I'm not trying to show off anything I have.. this is just me sharing with you my essential products I absolutely love to use while out on the move!
So lets get this started...
My Marc by Marc Jacobs (#M3122350 - Too Hot to HandleTote) aka "The love of my life." I got her this past december and I still wear her even though in the fashion world it would be considered -last seasons- right? well I honestly can care less.. she's my best friend and I'm not done wearing her just yet. It might not look as if this bag can fit too many things, but honestly it can, and I take advantage of it.
My wallet by Calvin Klein. This was a gift to me from a friend. I love it because its long and it has so many secret hiding places. I can fit so many things in it, I never run out of space.
Chanel N.5 parfum. I carry this in its box now because with my previous purchase with this perfume I had a bit of an accident.. it leaked. and any one of you who wears N. 5 knows that this 15 ml bottle costs over $300. So my warning to you is be careful. Keep it in the original box.
Nivea Moisturizing Creme. My hands get really rough at times because they are not naturally smooth and this creme helps out in so many ways I think I would be only fair to mail them a Thank you letter. It is a mixture of Jojoba Oils and Vitamin E.
Dry skin hand cream by Pre de Provence; product of France. I'm not sure exactly why I carry two moisturizers with me.. yet this one really smells good, its lavender. the only negative with this creme is that its surprisingly heavy and really thick.
I like to stuff a couple of Cotton Balls in my purse before i leave my house, usually later in the day you see your make-up run, or if your skin is just incredibly oily, you'll get these make-up creases around your smile lines. and that is exactly what i use them for.. i just dab away all over my face and then my face feels refreshingly light again!
I don't usually carry my Macbook Air in my bag.. its extremely dangerous, though my middle name is Risk-Taker. I carry it only because I'm either in school for 345 hours (exaggeration) or I'm hanging out like a lonely loser in Starbucks watching Youtube Tutorials (honest to god truth, I'm a total loser). My laptop is basically my World; I would like to take a minute and give thanks to the creator of Apple, they have done some truly amazing stuff with technology today. I sleep with all of my Apple products. Literally.
I am prone to passing out on the streets.. so I keep some type of food with me everywhere I go, usually Fig Newtons. They are the best and I love them and they also get the job done.
I undoubtedly, can't stand when I have something on my face and someone tells me, or doesn't tell. I can't stand it either way, so I carry a small compact mirror with me everywhere I go. People probably think I'm too in to myself.
My Ray-Ban aviator glasses that I am absolutely in love with. I bought these glasses about a month ago and I wear these babies inside, outside, when the sun isn't out, when its pouring rain. (yes I'm one of those peoples).
Starbucks After Coffee Mints- for when my mate's breath sticks... it gets the job done and I'm not afraid to talk to them again.
Sephora Mascara and Mac lip liner- for when a touch up is needed... you never know
My Hairfinity Dietary supplements "Healthy hair from the inside out." by BrockBeauty. *I will be reviewing this product in the next few weeks when I actually see a change. or anything.
My Egg! My EOS. They make my lips utterly smooth and pillowy soft. This is the only chap-stick I will ever use and have been using for quite a while. I love it dearly.
A Venetian Journal that a close friend bought, handcrafted in Victoria B.C. This is wear I jot down my deepest thoughts. Im into poetry and this is where I do my magic.

Lets be real.. were are not all photogenic people, and even the most photogenic people are not even all that attractive. Its all about capturing great shots and finding the most flattering angles that work, for you. With social medias like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc. we find ourselves glued to our phones having and needing to take amazing photos constantly of ourselves. "what should I do with my hands?... does this pose look too statue-ish?" i see myself as a pro poser and upcoming star in selfies.. read more for insight and tips on how you can become a pro selfie taker, yourself!
Angle your face and position your arms
Unless you have an amazing photographer who is good with editing, try avoiding taking photos of your face pointing directly on to the camera and instead slightly angle your face in a way in which there is less shadow surrounding your whole face and more shadow drawn to your nose and along the cheekbones; giving your face a more slimming appeal.
Use as much natural light as possible. The "flash" is your biggest enemy... stand by a window during the magic hours in the day (dusk or dawn). The more natural your photo looks, the better. Filters are cool to use and can actually enhance your photos giving it some flair, yet I definitely try to avoid using them too often; the more you use it the more of an addiction it becomes and the more you won't be use to the natural you... kind of like make-up ;)

The "I didn't even know you were still taking pictures!" always works.. it is naturally cool and looks less poesy or statue-ish. Discover your best side of your body or face, we all have a favorite side.. if you follow me on Instagram you see in my pictures that I usually angle my face to the right, I prefer that side.
I thought I’d share a few things that I have learned with mastering the art of the Selfie…
Practice your best poses and discover your best side.
Slightly angle your face down with it tilting away from the camera.. never looking directly straight-on.
Avoid the Flash on phones and take advantage of natural lighting.
Pay attention to what’s going on in the background of your photo. People love to look at awesome buildings or art.. but most importantly make sure if your taking a picture in your room, that your room isn't messy... So make your bed and pick up clothes from the floor (you know, all those things your parents told you to do) people shouldn't see how dirty your room is.
Play with make-up (or your moms if you don't have any).
Avoid using reverse camera mode.. the quality isn't that good and doesn't compare to the camera on the back of your phone.
Less duck face, more cheekbone
Limit the amount of selfies that you take, you don't want to look too into yourself. Try taking pictures of food you eat or of your pets doing something really weird.
Finally, just have fun with it and relax. stick your tongue out, throw the peace sign up.

There is something about a clean, soft pastel in Spring that gives the season a more lively, and soothing feeling to it. I absolutely love soft colors in the Spring, most of all a mixing and matching with different soft, cool, neutral hues. Pastels can make anything look brighter and more feminine. if you're not yet comfortable with pairing different variations of pastel colors, its perfectly fine.. choose one that stands out and makes the outfit Pop! color-blocking is currently still "in" and is still definitely a trend seen everywhere.
The Crop Top Trend will Never die, no matter what season. We've seen celebs from Miley Cyrus to Rihanna Rock this, in their own fashionable way. The secret into wearing crop top trend, i will share with you: Less skin shown, the better! Just because its actually cropped, doesn't mean -bare midriffs-
pair this top with a high-waisted jean or midi skirt. "less about the stomach, more about the waist."
The Jumpsuit, one of the most easiest clothing to be worn. You shouldn't have to worry about mixing or matching, or over the top accessory, especially in a denim piece. For spring, select a more vibrant color or a bold solid color to brighten up your outfit. We are seeing this retro 70's trend come back to life on the Red Carpet and even as the "hot new wedding dress trend".
